2. Service Usage

ArthaZoo provides automated expense tracking and financial insights. You agree to use the service only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or attempt to disrupt the service is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• ArthaZoo utilizes secure OTP (One-Time Passwords) sent via email for password recovery and critical account changes.
• You must provide an accurate email address for communication and security verifications.

4. Subscription Terms

ArthaZoo may offer premium features on a subscription basis. We may also offer a free trial period. By subscribing:

• You agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
• Free trials will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled prior to the trial expiration date, as per Apple App Store guidelines.
• Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with Apple App Store policies.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

ArthaZoo is an expense tracking tool and is not intended to provide professional financial, legal, or tax advice. In no event shall ArthaZoo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information entered.

7. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the ArthaZoo application at any time and for any reason, without liability to users.
